Refund policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy applies to digital games purchased from Play to Gather at www.play-to-gather.com. Our games are supplied digitally; there is no physical product to return.
1. 48-hour satisfaction guarantee
48-hour satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a purchased digital game, contact helloplaytogather@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order, quoting your order number. We will refund the amount paid for the game concerned. We may ask you to explain the issue so that we can understand your request. Downloading or accessing the game does not, by itself, exclude you from this guarantee.
2. Download problems and duplicate purchases
If you cannot access your download, receive an unusable file or accidentally purchase the same game twice, contact us at helloplaytogather@gmail.com with your order number and details. For duplicate purchases, we may request proof of both orders.
We will help restore access or provide a usable file. A refund may be provided for a verified accidental duplicate purchase. Where digital content is defective, unavailable or not as described, you retain the remedies required by applicable law, including a price reduction or refund where the legal conditions are met. Requests based on statutory rights are not limited to the 48-hour satisfaction period.
3. How to request a refund
Email helloplaytogather@gmail.com with your order number, the game concerned and a description of your request. A request under the satisfaction guarantee must be sent within 48 hours of placing the order. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the game, taking account of any discounts. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time taken to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
4. Withdrawal rights and legal guarantees
Statutory rights: This guarantee is additional to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content. The 48-hour limit does not restrict those rights.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, immediate access to a digital product does not automatically remove it. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the exception for paid digital content supplied without a physical medium applies only where performance has begun and the required conditions are met: your prior express consent to supply before the withdrawal period ends, your acknowledgment that you will lose the right of withdrawal, and the required confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium. If those conditions are not met, any applicable right of withdrawal remains in force.

Please also read our Terms of Sale. The 48-hour satisfaction guarantee is the same under both policies.
