You are an independent investigator, specializing in sensitive and confidential cases. Your doorbell just rang, and you found this file on the landing in front of your door. You have been commissioned by the Security & Intelligence Division, an international agency responsible for protecting the stability of European governments. This organization has detected suspicious infiltrations within several institutions, and the available information indicates the existence of a secret organization, called ORION.

There is no limit other than, of course, it is recommended to print several copies so that a maximum number of players can find their place in the game by having access to information & documents.
