Terms of sale

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) apply to all sales made through the Play To Gather website (the “Website”). By ordering a product on the Website, the Customer accepts these Terms of Sale without reservation.

1. Products offered

The Website offers digital products (games, downloadable files, play materials, etc.) for personal use.
These products are available exclusively in digital format and are delivered by download or through online access.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and any discounts are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. The total displayed at checkout is the amount charged by Play to Gather. There are no shipping or customs charges for our digital products.
  • Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
  • Transactions are secured by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion fees if your payment account uses a different currency.

3. Digital delivery

Our games are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. You are responsible for printing any materials needed to play.

  • Digital products are available immediately after the order is confirmed.
  • A download link or direct access is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
  • The Customer is responsible for checking that their email address is correct when placing an order.

4. Satisfaction guarantee, refunds and withdrawal rights

48-hour satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a purchased digital game, contact helloplaytogather@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order, quoting your order number. We will refund the amount paid for the game concerned. We may ask you to explain the issue so that we can understand your request. Downloading or accessing the game does not, by itself, exclude you from this guarantee.

For download problems, inaccessible or defective files, or an accidental duplicate purchase, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will help restore access or address the problem, including a refund where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.

Statutory rights: This guarantee is additional to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content. The 48-hour limit does not restrict those rights.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, immediate access to a digital product does not automatically remove it. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the exception for paid digital content supplied without a physical medium applies only where performance has begun and the required conditions are met: your prior express consent to supply before the withdrawal period ends, your acknowledgment that you will lose the right of withdrawal, and the required confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium. If those conditions are not met, any applicable right of withdrawal remains in force.

5. Use of products

  • Purchased games are licensed for personal, noncommercial use. You may download and print the materials needed to play with your group.
  • Other copying, distribution, resale, uploading or public sharing of the files, whether free of charge or for payment, requires Play To Gather’s prior written consent.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or the satisfaction guarantee stated above.

Play To Gather cannot be held liable for:

  • Technical failures beyond its control (Internet access problems, hosting provider outages, etc.).
  • Misuse of products by the Customer.

7. Personal data

Personal data collected when an order is placed is used solely to process purchases and manage customer relations. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can seek an amicable resolution. This does not limit your right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
